Our Team

Brian MacConnell - Director of Technical Services

He began his professional career with MCI, now Verizon Business, in 2000 as a Circuit Designer with their Global Clients Group. While at MCI, he developed an employee training program and was promoted to Technical Lead of the High Capacity Circuit Team. In 2003, when his department was relocated out of state, he opted to leave MCI. At that time, Briantook a position with a small telecom company, Bridgecom International, which later merged with Broadview Networks. At Broadview Brian was responsible for managing network capacity for more than 300 collacation facilities across 10 states. The entrepreneurial bug bit Brian in 2006 when he formed PairM Technology which merged with Third Eye in 2009.

Steve Alexander - President

Steve Alexander has been involved with providing IT products and services to the small business and nonprofit marketplace since 1987. He ran ABS Systems & Solutions for ten years before merging it with Magnacom Technologies in 2001 based on its business model and long standing customer contracts. In

2004, Steve acquired the Services Division of the company and formed Third Eye Technologies. The focus then and now is “Managed Services” and Steve has led the steady growth of the company by hiring right and sticking to his model of providing top notch service and support over chasing projects and one hit wonders Steve has been involved in several organizations that focus on business development and coaching including:

• Mr. Alexander is a member of the NY/NJ Electronic Crimes Task Force and the Rockland County Police Chief’s Foundation.

Elan Zadok - Director of Network Operations
Elan is a self-professed "gamer" at heart that has risen through the ranks at Third Eye. Currently he is our Wizard behind the curtain that takes care of all of the back-end maintenance and updates that continually keep our service calls down and clients safe.
